Support my mission to help CareFlight save lives.

This April I’m challenging myself to get active every single day to support the vital work of the Northern Territory’s lifesaving aerial medical service, CareFlight.

Their work is an essential lifeline for everyone living or visiting the Top End. In the past year alone their specialised crews have treated and transported more than 7,000 patients across an area of 600,000 square kilometers.

The Territory is known for its extreme climate and rugged terrain, so CareFlight doctors and nurses are required to undergo regular fitness training and assessment to ensure they can reach even the most remote communities in the Top End.

Please support me as I take on the 2023 CareFlight Territory Challenge and train like CareFlight’s specialised crew. The next life they save could be mine, yours, or someone we love.
